The newest addition to our line of dough forming equipment is the Model 2900.  The 2900 is meant to be the next step for customers who need more production than the Model 1100 or 2200 but don't want to invest in a full factory installation production line.

 Founded on the same principals of reliability and simplicity that we have in our Model 1100 and 2200 presses, the Model 2900 increases production capabilities up to 1600 shells per hour for larger pans and up to 3200 shells per hour for smaller individual pans. 

Beyond higher production rates the 2900 also brings features like a fully programmable pressing time to further ensure a consistent pie shell time after time; remote support1 to minimize downtime; daily production data that can be accessed from any computer in your facility1. All of this and forming dies that can be changed in minutes to allow many different products to be formed on the same machine.
